Peak State

Unleash the Power Within

This is something that I have not personally experienced before this past weekend happened. This past weekend, I had the opportunity to be involved with Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within seminar. The seminar was for four days that were each 12-14+ hours in front of a computer…

My first thoughts on this before the seminar were “how am I not going to fall asleep, how am I going to have enough energy, how am I going to not get bored?” Let me tell you, it was the longest zoom meeting I have ever been a part of, but was the most energizing and informational zoom meeting ever!

Life Changing…

Two words…

Peak State

My definition of what a peak state is, “a state in which you are at your best physically, emotionally, and spiritually.” When we are able to get into what is called a peak state, we can get through whatever challenge we are facing. This past weekend, I personally was up against energy.

To get into peak state its a process of jumping up and down along with smiling. Through the seminar, we created a move that is unique to us that helps us to get into peak state right away. It was absolutely amazing to see what jumping around like crazy and smiling does to your physiology.

Through these four days of being in the seminar, I learned the importance of changing what your state is. If you have a slow moving state, you will receive information differently and won’t be able to stay attentive. Through staying in a peak state, I was personally able to take in all the information and last for over 14 hours each day. Incredible!

Life is not easy, but that doesn't mean it isn't worth it. I was born with a rare disease, Alpha Mannosidosis. It affects every cell in the body. I have been to plenty of doctors and have been able to do things that were never even thought of when I was diagnosed. It's simply because of receiving a life-changing bone marrow transplant at age 4.5 and continuing to push forward no matter the challenge. I am ready to help people and encourage anyone. We can't do this thing called "life" alone, we are better together! #AchieveTheImpossibleToday
